Rousdon Estate is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and most of the properties have access to a private beach (via a steep cliff path), the famous landslip, the Undercliffe and the World Heritage Coastline between Lyme Regis (Jurassic Coast), Seaton and Beer.

There are plenty of delightful eating places locally, either informal pubs or more special restaurants.

Lyme Regis has a theatre, cinema, is famous for fossil hunting, has sandy beaches and the area is ideal for walkers, country and bird lovers.
Sporting amenities include sea fishing, lakes for trout and course fishing, sailing, golf, bowls and games for children. Riding stables are available locally and we can even arrange livery for your own horse on our own farm. Boat storage is also available on our own farm nearby.
